Incorrect Addresses
We are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer or for packages stolen after delivery. If the tracking number shows the package was delivered, the responsibility falls on the customer.

Customers must ensure they enter the correct delivery address at checkout. Items will be sent to the exact address stated on your order, and we cannot reimburse you if your order does not reach you due to an incorrect address.

Return to Sender Orders
If your order has been returned to us due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, we will reach out to you via email. You will have 7 days to respond to our email or contact us about your missing package. If we do not hear back from you within 7 days from our initial email, your order will be automatically void.


Exchanges
No exchanges , all sales are final.
